Nature of the product
Combos are digital goods delivered instantly. Because the files are downloadable immediately after payment, they are generally non-refundable once the download link has been issued.
When we will help
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will review a refund or resolution on a case-by-case basis if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error;
- The download link never worked and we were unable to deliver the files; or
- The files are materially different from what was described on the project page.
In these cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order id and a description of the issue.
What isn't covered
- Change of mind after the files have been downloaded.
- Lack of the required components, tools, or skills to complete a build.
- Issues with third-party components bought via affiliate links (raise those with the store).
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. We may offer a replacement or store credit as an alternative where appropriate.
